Joseph Penner aka JP is a multidisciplinary artist. He is the founder of Cool Crocs, a cartoon NFT project based on an expansive cartoon universe he's been crafting for over a decade. Through Cool Crocs he has designed and released multiple strategy card games to expand the IP.

About the artwork
The Quetzal is the national bird of Guatemala. It was prized by the Mayans for its beautiful long feathers, which adorned their headdresses. Quetzals are also a symbol for freedom as they refuse to live in captivity, killing themselves soon after being caged.
